Don’t panic, when we process a refund you will get a transaction ID, but it can take up to 72 hours for the funds to show in your account.
This is simply because different banks “open their doors” at different times, so there can be a bit of a delay in the money leaving our bank, or a delay in your bank accepting the funds.
If you have not seen the funds in your account after 72 hours please contact us.
