What should I do if my delivery arrives damaged?

If your delivery arrives damaged then you need to do one of two things before you accept the delivery and sign the couriers manifest.

When the courier arrives please thoroughly check the item without opening the box. If you can see any damage to the packaging but the item inside looks undamaged please sign the couriers manifest as “packaging damaged”.

If the packaging looks damaged and the product also looks damaged then please refuse delivery. This allows us to rectify the problem for you as quickly as possible as we can get another sent out asap.

If it all looks fine, you sign for the delivery and then discover the item is damaged you need to let us know immediately. You will be asked to provide pictures of the damage, please don’t be offended when we ask for this and ideally it would be good if you can send these in by email prior to calling us. We need pictures because if we can’t see what the damage is you will have to send the item back and wait for us to receive and inspect it before we can do anything about it.

Once you have sent us the pictures we can see exactly what the problem is and get it rectified as quickly as possible.
