What happens if my product develops a fault?

If your item arrived in perfect condition but soon after getting it there is a fault with it please get in touch with us.

What our team will ask you to do is to send pictures in to us so we can see exactly what you are talking about. If you call us before sending the pics in, please don’t be offended if we ask you to send the pictures in before we discuss it with you, we only want to know exactly what the problem is so we can get the problem sorted as quickly as possible.

If the problem is a clear manufacturing fault and falls within the warranty period advertised on the site then we will arrange for this to be rectified in accordance with the warranty, whether this be a replacement or a percentile contribution to a replacement.

We assess every case on its merits so please be patient with us while we deal with your issue.
