If you want to cancel your order that’s not a problem, we will be happy to refund you in full as long as the item hasn’t been dispatched. You need to cancel your order before 11am on the day before delivery for next day delivery items and in some instance sooner for longer lead time items.
If your item has already been dispatched you will be refunded less than up to £40 delivery charge, as we will incur the delivery fee whether the product arrives with you or not once it has left the warehouse. Similarly, if you are to order a product and refuse delivery for no other reason than changing your mind then we would refund you less than up to the £40 delivery charge.
