We will try our utmost to accommodate all requests for fabric samples, but unfortunately we aren’t able to help in every instance. We don’t actually make the furniture ourselves and some of our suppliers are less forthcoming than others with regards to allowing us to have fabric samples. This is something we are working on and hope to soon be able to help in every instance.
The best thing to do is to ask us via the live chat on the site, which is available between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you have a request outside of these times, please feel free to drop us an email with the item you are interested in and which fabric you would like a sample of. Please also include the type of fabric as if you just ask for the colour it may be, for example, that the item you are looking at comes in black leather, black suede and black chenille, so asking for a sample of the black fabric won’t be specific enough.
