If you have received an email asking you to verify your billing address it is because the authorising bank has been unable to verify the card you used as being registered to the address you gave as your billing address.
The most common reason for this is that the address given is actually the delivery address and the card is in fact registered to another address. There can be other reasons, such as the postcode given being slightly wrong.
Whatever the reason, if you could confirm the address the card is registered to we will be able to verify this and process your order without further delay. In some instances, usually where people have recently moved, it may be necessary for you to send us proof of address.
We apologise for any inconvenience we may cause you by taking these measures, but the reason for doing so is to protect all our customers. Credit card fraud is a huge problem, especially online and one which we take very seriously, so please bear with us and we’ll get your order to you as soon as possible.
