We do advertise which of our mattresses are delivered rolled on the website, so apologies if its arrival in this form has come as a surprise!
A lot of mattresses are vacuum packed and delivered rolled these days and it doesn’t damage the mattress whatsoever. It is done because it makes them easier to store and transport and this ultimately bring the cost to you, the end user, down.
All you need to do is unroll the mattress on the bed in your room of choice and leave it for a few hours to go back into its correct shape. It can take longer than a few hours in some cases, anything up to 24 hours, so please wait until you have given it a good amount of time to go back into its shape before contacting us. Please also open the windows so there is plenty of ventilation and air for the mattress.
This doesn’t affect your rights as you have 7 days from taking delivery to let us know if you wish to return the item. If you wait longer than the 7 days to open it, however, we may not be able to take the mattress back.
