If the item you have ordered is self-assembly, then don’t panic, pretty much everything you need will be included. The only thing you will potentially need is a screwdriver. If you need an Allen key then the correct size Allen key will be included.
All the screws and parts will be included, if not let us know and we will get them out to you as soon as possible. We recommend you ascertain whether you are missing any parts before you start putting it together. Open the boxes up and lay everything out so you can see that you have everything. If you don’t, contact us immediately.
