If you want to return you order and you let us know within 7 days of receiving the order, then we will take it back no questions. If you arrange to send it back to us, in its original packaging, in resalable condition then we will refund you in full.
However, if we need to arrange for our couriers to collect it from you then we will refund you less an amount up to a £40 collection fee. This is simply the cost to us of having it collected.
