Our delivery service is a doorstep delivery so our couriers will bring your item up to your front door, but please note this may not be possible if you do not have a lift.
As our deliveries are carried out by one driver it may not be possible for him to carry your item upstairs if you do not have a lift, or you do have a lift but it is out of service. The best thing to do in this instance is help him yourself, or if you are unable to do so, arrange for someone else to give you a hand.
We also offer a two man service on items so if you require this do let us know and we’ll provide you with the cost.
