Our items have a variety of different lead times, mostly they are next day delivery but for some made to order items the lead time can be up to 12 weeks.
If the item you want is advertised as being next day delivery then you need to ensure you get your order in to us before 11am.
If your item is next day delivery and you have ordered before 11am (the time you placed your order is on the order confirmation) then your item will arrive the next day between 8am and 6pm.
If you missed the 11am cut off by even one minute you order will arrive the day after the next between 8am and 6pm.
As weekend deliveries aren’t included in our free delivery, next day delivery orders placed between 12 noon on Thursday and 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Monday and any orders placed after 12 noon on Friday or over the weekend, will be delivered on Tuesday.
If the item you want is on a longer lead time we will contact you nearer the time to arrange the delivery with you. We will never dispatch an item on a longer lead time without confirming with you when this will be.
