Can I track my delivery?

We are working on implementing, or persuading our courier partners to implement, a tracking service on all deliveries, but at the moment only some of our deliveries are issued with a tracking number.

Which ones is dependent on the courier it is dispatched with, something which we can’t pick and choose. Our couriers only take certain items, so we are unable to simply put all orders on those couriers who offer a tracking service.

If we have a tracking number for you, we will pass this on to you. If we don’t have a tracking number for you then we apologise. It would make our lives a lot simpler if we had tracking numbers for every order, so believe us when we say we are working on it!
