Can I choose a delivery time?

We are unable to request time slots with our carriers I’m afraid. Our deliveries are an all day delivery between 0800 and 1800 so we would not be able to specify a delivery time.

We do suggest that if you will not be in, to leave a signed note on the door instructing the driver to leave the delivery in a safe place such as a porch or garage, or with a neighbour. Alternatively, if there is an attempted delivery and it fails, the courier company will either leave a card asking you to phone to rearrange the delivery, or they will attempt a delivery the next working day.
