We can’t add items to an order which has already been placed, but it isn’t a problem to issue a new order number but ensure both are shipped at the same time.

You can do it two ways, just place another order and an add a note to the comments section on the checkout stating your other order number and requesting the two be delivered on the same day and treated as part of the same order.
